Would you trust a bridge made entirely of grass? Even worse, would you trust a bridge made entirely of grass to keep you safe above a whopping 220-foot drop?

Q'eswachaka Bridge is the last of its kind. The handwoven rope bridge in Peru was once a part of a sophisticated Incan road system that ran through South America 500 years ago, but is the only one that remains today.

The bridge is rebuilt in the traditional manner every year, and blessed with a ceremony.
