Whether you’re traveling by plane, train, or automobile, it's generally pretty exhausting. Sleeping in transit can be difficult, but with enough practice and a little help, you can get yourself to sleep with an impressive level of consistency. It took me years to fall asleep on a plane for the first time; now I can sometimes be out before we’ve reached cruising altitude. For anyone trying to add a little ease to their travel experience, a quality travel pillow like this is a great investment.
